Now as a justin non fan already if any of that is true any respect I had for him is now gone.

Haha, what might have been the first smartest thing?

Leaving Britney.

That's why I'm reserving judgment. Lance has never said a bad word about Justin. In the past few months he's been pictured with him, spoken supportively of him, and aside from that, he's been to his restaurant tons of times, and was there *with* Justin more than once. There's a paparazzi video of Lance serving as a decoy for him--drawing the paparazzi down the sidewalk when his car was right outside, so Justin and Jessica could make a quick escape, for goodness sake.

Of course, people will be quick to forget the blog Lance posted several hours ago - saying that the feelings in the book are from a long time ago - and I'll give it ten minutes until this becomes a "DEATH TO LANCE" thread.

Nah, it'll just be the usual, "Justin is an ass, I have no respect for him" thread.
I don't know. For as many rabid Justin haters, there are just as many rabid Justin fanatics--neither of whom tend to be rational. I'm crossing my fingers that we can keep this thread as an intelligent discussion, without any bashing of either Justin, Lance, or any of the others.

I would like to read the whole quote first before I make any judgements.

Did you honestly believe that there weren't bad feelings about how the group ended, it was inevitable. But that doesn't mean that they hate one another and they obviously got over what happened. We always said that if we were going to hear what really went down it would have to come from Lance, and that he'd never talk about it until he could write his tell all and came out of the closet. Well, we're there.
that's when ya gotta be careful what ya wish for... people have wanted to know what he had to say about things for years and now its coming and people may not like it.

That counts Lance Bass in. I may not like everything I read, and I'll naturally try and remember there's multiple sides to every story, but I'm not going to get pissed at the guy for being honest.
I agree. Like I said before, I don't want to see Lance badmouthing any of the guys, and I still don't think that he will, or that this supposed quote counts as badmouthing. If he felt betrayed, then well, it's his damn book and I am happy that he feels comfortable enough in his own skin to tell his truth.
