So my stomach is a little more than a little flabby but not HUGE. If I start doing sit ups will that just make my stomach worse?
If I run, should I do sit ups, or should I just do cardio? I'm asking, because I've heard that if you have some flab in your stomach doing sit ups won't help but make it more difficult to tone your stomach. So should I just do cardio, do cardio & sit ups, or will just doing sit ups be efficient in targetting my tummy?
