Well in the ATB Justin thread about 80% of the chatter is non-Justin.

lets face it, back up or not- she performed in front of millions live and on tv with a hottie for a boss. Not a bad gig =]

ill probably end up doing it again, but i wanted to be more prepared the next time i went. i tried out a hip hop class last night. ill probably start going
every wed nights. i wish i had more time.

I actually don't mind her being Justin's back up singer. She is talented- hell yes. She actually fits in with the three other signers. She isn't in control. And it's nice to see that she got a job after that show Did you SEE her on the HBO special? Homegirl thought it was the Denosh Show featuring Justin Timberlake. 
And she was his backup singer back in 2003 (you can see her on Down Home in Memphis and the Justified Concert), so she didn't really get another job. She kinda just went back to her old one.

^^I agree, Ash. I know the background singers are obviously very important, but I just saw WAY too much of them during the concert. It seemed like they showed
more of them than the dancers at some points, which of course annoyed me.

I said the same exact thing when my friends and I were watching the HBO special. I hated the shots that had her in the foreground and him singing in the background, shouldn't have been the other way around, considering she's a backup singerI thought the same thing, I know I sat there for a good five mintues wondering why in the hell Denosh was all up in my TV screen like it was her HBO special. Interaction with the background singers is cool IMO but I don't think anbody wanted to see Denosh get her mini-concert on. |

Ahaha.. very true.. lots of close ups- I believe though HBO has much to do with that.
I think though that the other back up singer was on my side of the stage when I saw it live much of the time. I'm just happy she is a back up singer, not a solo artist or an 'equal' part of a group. |
