After watching the 18-year old heartthrob lead the five-man ensemble in a bizarro harmonic version of Sanford and Son theme, Gerry knew he had to talk to this kid.http://www.gomemphis.com/...-fans-pyramid-n-delirium
Better them than the Spice Girls, especially when they can pull off credible a cappella singing like the Stevie Wonder tune Overjoyed or the medley that wrapped the theme to Sanford & Son, Gone Till November and Up Jumps Da Boogie into one channel-surfing whole. This piece of trivia is completely new to me. Did anyone else know about this? I'm sure any video footage of this will be hard to find, but it'd be awesome if there was any out there. The only songs I was aware of they ever did acapella renditions to were the Bee Gees, Its So Hard To Say Goodbye, The Lion Sleeps Tonight, and More Than A Feeling. You learn something new every day.
