I've never really thought about this until I sat on my couch to read and covered myself with a blanket I crocheted years ago. I simply took any scrap or leftover yarn I had and turned it all into a full/queen size blanket. If I were to die and be resurrected as a blanket, this is what I would look like. Every color of the rainbow, all sorts of different materials, loose ends hanging out.....it's thin, yet warm as hell. Some fibers remind me of other stuff I've made, like scarves and sweaters and stuffed animals. I can't help but think about how cool it would be to have this blanket travel the generations of my family.
