This thread totally has me on a Google trip

These were mini PVC cabbage Patch kids. I used to have so many of these when I was younger. I even remember the 2 holding the hearts specifically, because I used to write little stories about them. One had blue overalls, and another had purple ones so I called them Blue and Purple Girl. Man, this thread is bringing back memories galore. Though now I am having major Toy Story 3 moments because I know quite a few of my faves probably made it into the town dump

I had the big pink mansion -- the purple 2-story house (that one had the baby?) -- the stable with the horse -- and also the pet shop, ice skating pond, and girl with the ice cream cart!

Maybe it's just me, but I think there are a few things being posted here that I'm sure all if not most of us remember. Definitely the Mousetrap Game and Pippi Longstocking (books, movies, cartoons) and Jem

I can't believe this post popped up again! Here are some more things from my childhood...

I used to steal my older brother's toys from him all the time. I loved his Ghostbusters toys. These were the best. The purple ghost's eyeball would pop out if you squeezed him.

Does anyone remember the Crimp 'n Curl Cabbage Patch Kids and pony?

I also had the CPK playpen.

And probably my favorite toys were my Fisher Price Fun With Food sets.

The tea kettle was awesome. You would lift up the handle and it would whistle.

The skillet was pretty cool too...It would make a sizzling sound.

And this book was really cool:

I had these dolls and I cant find it anywhere, it came with a fanny pack carrier and it had three babys that came with it and it was a surprise what gender they were, I carried that thing around everywhere.

No ones mentioned garbage pale kids? They were gross but my cousins always watched that movie.

Household items and barbies ruled my childhood. I remember getting like $30 for my birthday and I spent it on this decked out barbie van. It came w all kinds of camping gear. I also had this two story dollhouse that was bigger than me at the time. Everything was pink and it even had working lights until the batteries died.

I keep trying to remember this one show I used to watch when I was a kid but I can't remember the name. All I can remember is that it was about a band, and they all had metallic wigs for hair. I hate that I can't remember the name. It bothers me to this day!

Shaken, not stirred.

I had a couple of what we called the "Adoption Dolls" that I went to the "hospital" in GA to adopt. I guess I didn't realize at 10/11 that they didn't look at all like me, not that it matters!

These are the original as shown with the signature on the bottom. Their names are Nan Lavinia and Daniel Michael. You couldn't choose the names. You would pick your baby and they had names on the "birth certificates."
