jtluvs, does the free mug thing show up for you now? it says "After you complete your first upload, new customers will receive a credit for a free 11 oz. mug" so you need to upload a pic first. does it work for you now? i want to know how much s&h they'll charge you tho! they might not charge s&h..not sure |

Yeah, I uploaded 4 pics and it still doesn't show up; I contacted the service email and they told me to place an order for the prints for some refund
request? I think they were confused

 it should list it along w/the free prints under Your Account > Your Credits. ill try it out later
& let you know if it didnt work for me either
