They're having a graduation party and it is soooo loud. I wouldn't mind if it wasn't this late and if they were good (they are butchering everything from Journey, to the Dirty Dancing soundtrack to Michael Jackson and Metallica) but it's lateee and there is a noise policy that they can't play past 11. I bet the dude is just paying the cops whatever fine and will keep them playing .Ugh.
