It's a condo rental with a great view of downtown Atlanta, is very close to a Marta station so that I can take the subway to/from work, and is in a really nice luxury high-rise. Best of all, it's within my price-range (albeit at the high end of it), has wood floors throughout, and includes a 42" wall-mounted flat-screen TV and high-speed internet. And it's guaranteed not to be available when I'm actually ready to rent!

I just put down my deposit on a place and sign the lease with the intent of moving in.

Posts: 51876 06/20/2012 12:51 PM	In my experience, if they can find someone to take over your current lease, you can typically get out of it. I'd start calling and asking questions about options before you give-up on it!
