Posts: 36488 06/19/2012 11:16 PM	It's a quick and easy and healthy dinner that happens to be delicious. It's so hot, I don't feel like turning the stove on for more than five minutes.

I love eating and used to think I hated cooking until very recently when I forced myself to cook. The secret is making it as easy as possible for yourself... Cut and measure out everything before cooking, and CLEAN as you go. This means multiple trips to the sink and trash can, but the end result of your meal is usually worth it!

Posts: 1031 06/22/2012 8:04 PM	I apologize for bumping this, but I just made the fish tacos and they were incredible. I juiced a fresh pineapple along with it and felt like I was in Hawaii Fish tacos were seriously awesome. I left out the mayo in the chipotle sauce because I don't have any, and it was still delicious. Also, it couldnt have been easier. Thank you lilacrose!!! If you have any other recipes that are just as easy/ delicious, please share.

I only wish I had the corn. I love Chipotle's corn salsa - have you seen a recipe that's like theirs or similar? I would love to make it home and save few bucks.
