Not print more money, take money from the federal government's budget and give some to the states. There aren't any positions for teachers because they keep cutting things like art or music. There are teachers who teach more than one type of class (ie: Math and P.E.) because they're not hiring any more because they don't want to pay them. It's such a shame. The teachers are over-worked and under paid. Which, unfortunately, leads to some teachers really not giving a damn if their students learn or not.
