Posts: 1544 05/30/2012 11:34 AM	Yes. I go to bed freezing because we keep the house around 68 degrees at night. But I wake up a few hours later sweating like crazy. My shirt is soaked in sweat and so is my hair. I only sleep in a t shirt and with a sheet and light weight blanket on top.

Posts: 23760 05/30/2012 1:29 PM	I also have problems with getting overheated in bed. Always did even as a kid. So I have a ceiling fan always going plus another floor fan beside my bed. In the winter, I leave my bedroom window open maybe an inch all winter and open all the way in the summer, unless it's really hot, then closed with the A/C. In summer, I sleep with just a sheet to cover my torso as I hate my legs covered, and in winter, I love to hunker down under my comforter but will throw it off temporarily if I get over heated.

Posts: 7578 05/30/2012 1:39 PM La vie en rose	YES! I turn my air down to 65 at night because I get so overheated. The hormone treatment I'm on gives you hot flashes, so that certainly doesn't help. I'm also one of those people who likes to snuggle under lots of blankets.

Not like buckets of sweat or having to change/wash the sheets every day sweat though. It's odd though cause like someone else said I'm always cold during the day but I go to bed, and get hot.
