No, but that's because I keep my AC ridiculously low. I love it to be really cool in the room, and then be able to completely snuggle up in all the blanket fluff.

Yes. I go to bed freezing because we keep the house around 68 degrees at night. But I wake up a few hours later sweating like crazy. My shirt is soaked in sweat and so is my hair. I only sleep in a t shirt and with a sheet and light weight blanket on top.

Yes, and I have a tempurpedic mattress, which makes it worse.

Yes and I have a fan blowing on me 12 months a year. I also sleep with the windows open during the winter. Of course I blast the AC in the summer.

Yes! It's actually worse for me in the winter because my room is freezing when I go to bed so I wear like 10 million layers. Then I have to take everything off around 2 or 3 in the morning.

Dude, yes. I thought I had diabetes or menopause with my night sweats. But I can't sleep without a blanket, so I think that is the culprit.

yep, I wake up with damp clothes and a damp blanket because no matter how hot it is, I can't sleep without something covering me. Lately this hasn't been a problem.

I also have problems with getting overheated in bed. Always did even as a kid. So I have a ceiling fan always going plus another floor fan beside my bed. In the winter, I leave my bedroom window open maybe an inch all winter and open all the way in the summer, unless it's really hot, then closed with the A/C. In summer, I sleep with just a sheet to cover my torso as I hate my legs covered, and in winter, I love to hunker down under my comforter but will throw it off temporarily if I get over heated.

Yes. My husband thinks I'm crazy. I'm cold all day but when I go to bed I have to turn the AC way down or I start sweating.

Yes. My family calls me the human furnace. My skin gets so ridiculously hot. I have the AC and a fan going

YES! I turn my air down to 65 at night because I get so overheated. The hormone treatment I'm on gives you hot flashes, so that certainly doesn't help. I'm also one of those people who likes to snuggle under lots of blankets.

I'm like that. So is the boy. He's worse than me though as I no longer sweat (haven't for years) but he will. Not like buckets of sweat or having to change/wash the sheets every day sweat though.

It's odd though cause like someone else said I'm always cold during the day but I go to bed, and get hot.

Same. But I keep the heat off and windows open a lot in the winter during the day too.
