My boyfriend is moving in in August and I live in a small 2 bedroom apartment. I have a roommate, but she's never home, so my boyfriend will have to put a couple things in storage like his bed and some furniture, but he keeps saying that he's just gonna feel like he's shacking up for four months until we move in January. I want it to feel like his place too which is why I plan on fitting in some of his things and making sure he has space for all his clothes/etc. He just keeps telling me not to worry about it and it's whatever but I am bothered by the fact he's content with the idea of 'shacking up' with me like he's homeless or something. Any ways I can get him more excited or am I just going to have to wait and show him that I really do want his stuff to be integrated with mine so he feels like he's at home too.
