I'm prob going to do some sort of insanity hybrid after I'm finished.

Posts: 1101 05/27/2012 9:52 PM	I'm an insanity alumni and agree it works. I did it with my husband to help him prepare for Tough Mudder and lost a few inches everywhere. I didn't lose a ton of weight (started at 110 lbs and now at 104 lbs) but am swimming in shorts that I could not fit into last summer.

But unfortunately the way our living room is set up there's not enough room to do it properly. Plus my flatmates are usually always around when I'd be able to do it and I really don't need a sarcastic audience when I'm working out.

Posts: 6055 05/28/2012 6:32 AM	I was six days from completing the program when I found out I was pregnant, so I had to stop, because it is a very vigorous workout, especially once you hit phase two. I never weighed myself so I don't know about pounds lost, but I developed muscle tone in my upper abs and arms. I was stronger and had better stamina. I also believe it helped my get healthy and relaxed enough to get pregnant after almost two years of trying.

The super fit people in the video collapse on the floor at points too. That part I liked so I didn't feel all weak and pathetic. The warm-up is a bitch in the beginning

My coworker just finished it and she looks awesome, you can see the change in muscle definition all throughout her body. If you were working out like that every day and dieting I can't believe you didn't see a single change in your body.
