The judge also said something along the lines that she is way too easily influenced by other people (so that may be a factor as well) - which I guess has to do with the fact that she let some bad people into her life but if you look back she was also really influenced by Madonna as well back in 2003 - and took up Kabbalah and whatnot and I recall her saying that she thought that in another life Madonna could have been her husband. She does seem to sort of latch onto certain people and just sort of go along with them.

It was granted by Judge Goetz on the basis that although Spears appeared to be in improved health, she remained "susceptible to undue influence"..
