The other thing I did particularly notice was the end - I think in the books the initial reaction to hearing the news that the rule had been voided and it was one winner (before she thinks of the berries) and then everything later with the hospital and then Peeta's realisation that she had been putting on a show was powerful stuff and really showed up how confused/conflicted Katniss was about him and what she'd had to do to survive. It was much vaguer in the movie, you weren't sure if Peeta even realised that was what she'd been doing. It's not a massive thing and it's easily enough addressed in the next movie, but that was what I really did notice.

I agree. I easily noticed in the final scene of them holding hands that it was missing Katniss's inner reflection that she didn't want to let go of Peeta's hand and was dreading it.

That stuff failed to make it on the screen because of her monologue missing, but I can understand them not wanting to make it into too much of a romance movie. So there was more action and less romantic feelings drama with her and Peeta. They left out that fight they have right before they reach home too. So may be they fix it in the next film with them having a fight at the start.

Since there's 3 more films, I think there's time for them to fill in blanks that they left out here.
