The other thing I did particularly notice was the end - I think in the books the initial reaction to hearing the news that the rule had been voided and it was one winner (before she thinks of the berries) and then everything later with the hospital and then Peeta's realisation that she had been putting on a show was powerful stuff and really showed up how confused/conflicted Katniss was about him and what she'd had to do to survive. It was much vaguer in the movie, you weren't sure if Peeta even realised that was what she'd been doing. It's not a massive thing and it's easily enough addressed in the next movie, but that was what I really did notice.
