She may have only been married once, but Katy Perry had some words of wisdom for a bride-to-be over the weekend.
While partying at London hot spot Mahiki, the blue-haired songstress approached a woman named Laura Cooney who was celebrating her bachelorette party with friends.
“Don’t do it!” Perry, 27, told the wedding veil-wearing brunette.
“She ran up to me saying, ‘Don’t do it! Don’t get married!,” Cooney, 25, told the UK’s Daily Mirror.
“I said, ‘I thought you’d say that.’ She suddenly caught herself and said, ‘No, really... congratulations.’”
Perry and Cooney chatted for a brief time, and posed for a number of photo-ops to remember the special occasion.
“Katy was really, really sweet. She wished me luck,” Cooney said.
Hopefully the blushing bride’s impending nuptials will have a far happier ending than Perry had with ex Russell Brand.
Perry has been laying low since Brand, 36, filed for divorce on their 14-month marriage at the end of last year.
Brand, on the other hand, has been rumored to be getting close to Oriela Medellin, a 25-year-old model and artist.
