I know I'm using the right user name and password. I'm in the process of doing that whole ticket thing, but I thought someone may have an idea. Anybody?

After getting zero help from yuku, I just started trying any stupid thing I could think of. I made a new password, and VOILA! It's all fixed. Thanks, yuku!
