I bought a juicy couture outfit for my daughter from him for 70 dollars. He never sent me the item. He told me it would take 3-5 weeks for shipping. I patiently waited those 3-5 weeks then when i contacted ebay they told me i only had 45 days to make a claim and it had been 47. I have been constantly emailing this man and he will not even return my emails.

you have 90 days to file a paypal complaint and get your money back, assuming you paid w/paypal.
the seller would need to provide a valid delivery confirmation number in order for you to not get your moneyback. |

He said it would take longer because he was shipping from canada. I figured he owned a store or something. I did pay with paypal but ebay told me that paypal
wouldn't do anything about it past 45 days.

I used my debit card. I am considering calling the bank and seeing what they can do. He made an inquiry with CanadaPost acting like it was a lost package. I
called CanadaPost and they told me if they find out that it was a package and they did lose it they would pay him for the damages. So i paid him 70 and they
are going to pay him again another 70. So i emailed him and said they are going to refund u for the outfit since u r claiming they lost it, so why not just
refund me the money? I said i am not a wealthy person. I was just trying to do something nice for my daughter and buy her a pretty outfit and now i am out 70
dollars and dont even have the outfit for her.

You were definitely scammed. He knew that after 3-5 weeks that you wouldn't be able to dispute it and that he could walk away with your money. He probably
does this to lots of ebay buyers.

Yeah, you got scammed and by someone who knew exactly what he was doing. Not only that, a lot of the JC items on eBay are fake, too. Same with ioffer.com.

I may be doing it wrong, but I posted that name in ebay to see what other stuff he sells and the name didn't even come up!!! I'm from Canada and
usually stuff I mail to the U.S. from here takes maybe 2 weeks tops.
