        <![CDATA[ I feel awful today. Sore throat, runny nose, cough, and huge tonsils. I just started a nursing job about 3 weeks ago and I feel weird about calling out sick but I did it. I don't know why but I've always felt guilty calling out sick even though in this instance it's probably not a huge deal because i'm still on orientation with another nurse so I'm not leaving them short a nurse. Also, I'm on an oncology unit with patients whose immune systems have been wiped out so it's probably not a good... ]]>
