Seriously. I'm going to be 26 years old in a month and this is the first time I've ever had a hangover or I've ever gotten sick from drinking....I
barely drink when I go out. I pretty much want to die and can't focus on much at all. I ate some toast and have drank water but even my head feels like
the goodyear blimp.
My friend gave me her sprite & tequila. I don't drink either of those separately because they make me sick. I was fine until I had that. After that I
only had one drink and I was SLOSHED then.

Next time make sure to drink water throughout the night. Worst case scenario, drink one large glass of water right before you go to bed. If you've really
outdone yourself, drink a couple glasses of water. Most of the crapiness you feel from a hangover is due to being dehydrated.

The revive vitamin water really helps me if i have a headache hangover. If i have a puking/nausea hang over nothing but sleep really helps. Sometimes i take
benadryl to knock myself out.

I heard eating a banana before/while you drink prevents a hangover. Something about the potassium and the fact that it coats your stomach.
