For Aniston it does and they also include her residual from Friends. Forbes lists is shit anyways, they always go for the drama factor. Aniston pay for Marley and me shouldn't have made the cut if they were going by June 2008-June 2009, same with Kidman she signed for Australia in 07.

I agree with the OP...Hollywood rewards women who are willing to do shitty movies. The ones with artistic integrity get shafted. And women get shafted all around. I work in the industry, and it makes me so sad to know that only 4% of films are directed by women. And that's not for a lack of trying-it's still a Good Old Boys' club.

This list is soooo fraudulent, not to mention a case of Aniston's agent working overtime. First of all, Aniston made a couple small rom coms that failed to even get distributed until recently, she did an ensemble comedy, and Marley & Me (a gf/wife part not even central to the story) there's no way her asking price is even close to Diaz or Bullock's. But from how it read, it looks like they counted her bottled water...

I don't think this is related to what Hollywood thinks about talent, this is about the choices these women make.
They are all huge stars and can be in any type of movie they want. If Kate Winslet decides that instead of a blockbuster with a $300 million budget, she wants to be in a small movie with a $10 million budget she's certainly aware that she won't receive $20 million for it, and that has nothing to do with Hollywood think of her talent or with her...
