^Really not that hard at all...I know plenty single mothers who have done it just fine...as I know fathers that have trained their baby girls...being of the opposite sex really doesn't mean much in terms of potty training seriously...

For fucks sake! This was a thread about Britney shopping and it turned into a potty training thread. First of all, NO kids are the same. Some will potty training early, some right on time, some late. The one thing you should NOT do is push them too hard. That's what happened with me and my son. As far as the potty training thing goes, I was potty trained before 2. My brother was almost 5 by the time he was fully potty trained. He is by no means slow - graduated with honors from Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Chem Engineering .

Same parents, same methods, different kids.

Some kids are just reluctant to potty train - I also hear boys are harder than girls.

No big whoop.
