Thriller scared the shit outta me. I HATED that video. It would always come on right before my bedtime too and my parents were always watching it.

I remember when Remember the Time premiered and all the major network stations had time slot for it. Actually, I remember quite a few MJ videos having there own spots for premiers. First off, Thriller is my Halloween jam. It's a personal tradition to listen to it at least once on Halloween.

It was also the source of the first urban legend I remember. The story was that the narrator in the song (Vincent Price although we didn't know his name) broke his neck breakdancing and died. It's so stupid thinking about it now.

1. My earliest MUSIC memory was the Thiller video. I used to cry when he turned into a monster, like bawl and hiccup.

2. I used to try to do the lean in Smooth Criminal. I didn't know he had special shoes that helped him do it. I feel on my face soooo many times.
