He does that sometimes too! He also doesn't ring the bell and sometimes he leaves a notice when everyone is home and there are like 3 cars in the driveway.

Call back and speak to the Postmaster. If you don't get results (but you should) call the regional office. The delivery person is scanning them delivered because they don't want to deliver but they have to scan it or else their scanner will show a discrepancy. Which gets them in trouble. They are lazy. They are probably just scanning them delivered and then throwing them to the clerks at the window. If you dont get a notice though you dont know that it is at the window. If you explain...

Sometimes, when I track a package through USPS, it'll say "DELIVERED" when I haven't actually received it yet. This is because the main mail truck comes with mail around 11:00AM every day....but, mail is sorted first thing in the morning (8:00AM). So, if a package were to arrive at 11:00AM on June 24th, I wouldn't actually get it until June 25th (because, that's when it would be sorted). In addition, it would say "DELIVERED to nameofmytown, MN at 11:00AM on...

I've submitted complaints twice this year and now I'm going through it again.

Twice now I have tracked a package and the page will say that the package was delivered with delivery confirmation when it wasn't. Then I call the post office and the package magically appears at my door after I get off the phone and the post office claims it isn't because they had it and sent it out. They say it must have been a mistake in the status.
