Will I.Am seriously needs to sue him because he's trying to ruin his career. Implying that WillIAm is a thug, saying he got hit by him, and calling him derogatory names. I would think Will could take him to court for libel or slander or something like that.

For me, the usage matters a lot... I'm not a fan of any of it though. Perez used it in a hateful way, to make someone upset - no doubt about it, he admits to that. I don't think it's okay...
