at work, I bartend so I'm constantly running around, is there a way to stay less shiny? In less than two hours I get really shiny. Last month I switched
over to Estee Luader's Powder mineral foundation, I honestly feel like that has made it worse. Is there some product out there or some secret??

I have read that mask all over jjb! I will have to try that too. I try not to use a soap. I am the same sykosis, in middle school I had bad skin and once I
stopped using all those nutregena face soaps and what not my face cleared up so much so for the last 10 years basically I just wash it with a wet hot face
cloth, it's made a huge difference! The only thing is when I wear heavy makeup I will run some soap over it. Also I was reading that witch hazel is
supposed to clear up skin, but...

I use mac blot when I go through my oily phases. It works well enough. Also, you might try charcoal face soap. It really works well to absorb oil but imo
it's only for people with serious oiliness. If your face is dry or sensitive, it may be too harsh. People swear by Lush's coalface cleanser.

Or, if you have time in the morning or before you go to work, putting on a clay face mask can work wonders. I've used Queen Helene's Mint Julep...

I am figuring that out Nancy! lol! For some reason I thought mineral would make me less oily bc they are supposed to be healthy, it was driving me crazy that I
started breaking out a bit since I switched but I thought mineral meant, less/no break outs/oil haha. I WILL absolutly go pick up some of that blot powder!!!
Thanks juicy!

I had the same issue for years. About six months ago, I stopped washing my face twice a day. I wash it at night, but in the mornings, I just wipe it with a
warm damp cloth. It has helped my skin so much - it's not nearly as oily anymore, and I rarely break out. Doing that has helped me be able to not need
blotting powders or papers anymore. I think by washing it so often, I was drying it out and therefore increasing the oil production.

I don't know if it'd work for you,...
