Like Jenny said, you can leave it in all day and empty it when you get home. I change mine in the morning and when I get home from work. No big deal.

I'm loving mine! It took several cycles to really get the hang of, but it's a breeze now. Tampons would always leak for me and this doesn't leak at all.

It's cheaper in the long run and I'm not tossing a bunch of tampons and pads away every month.

I'm glad some people like them, but there is nothing about them that sounds good to me. I'm so grossed out by the idea of having to reach that far in and try to pull something out! I have enough trouble with tampons. I also tend to have really bad cramps and ache a lot in that area, so I don't think I could bring myself to do it. Even thinking about it right now gives me cramps.
