			<description><![CDATA[ Actually we have the legal side of things. The US courts ruled it was a parental kidnapping and the mother was supposed to return the son under the
requirements of the Hague Convention. Basically nations that submit to the Hague must respect custody rulings of sister countries. It is a way to avoid the
very real danger of parental kidnapping, when one parent travels with a child they do not have legal custody of to a country that has no extradition
requirements with the USA.
