Same reason they let Hok audition in season 2 even though he didn't have a work visa. Actually Vegas week was taped maybe 2 weeks ago. The auditions going on now are going to take place the days the show isn't taping. Vegas week for the next season has to happen in August if the show is to make it to air by September. So actually they'll be a shorter gap between auditions and air time next season.
