        <![CDATA[ So I&#39;m getting into this once and for all, I&#39;m gonna loose the extra weight and I came up with a plan. I just wanted to ask those who have knowledge on
this if it would work or if its all wrong.


So my plan is this to limit my calorie intake to 1500 and burn 800-600 a day expect saturdays and sunday&#39;s where i would rest. (basic gym trips with
weights and tread walk/running intervals and swimming when i can.)

I&#39;m trying to loose 100 to 160 lbs right now i&#39;m 300ish, i want... ]]>

foods, but wouldnt calorie counting be a little easier too because you remember eventually what most standard everyday foods have and can do the calucations in
