I just watched this and I knew George was going to die because people spoiled it for me on facebook.. and I was trying to figure it out the whole episode how he would die and I never even suspected he was the John Doe!

I think the elevator means Izzie lives and George dies. George is off the elevator and Izzie didn't get off.

I think when she does die (when ever that will be) the scene would be her in her prom dress, she gets off the elevator and walks off with Denny.

When he first did the 007, I was totally convinved that the girl pushed him in front of the bus and then it clicked.... That was honestly the first time in a few seasons I have been SHOCKED by something on that show.

Does anyone else remember when Patrick Dempsey was on the view awhile back and said that EVERYONE still had contracts for 2 more years and they weren't going anywhere? Did he lie or not know? That interview Shondra says no one renewed their contracts yet, or maybe she's meaning the newer characters? I'm so confused.
