all i can think of is the DNS server, especially with the logging out part and the maintence message.

If you still see the 403 error ... go to your Control Panel > Internet Options > and clear/delete everything!

1st... approximently 24 hrs ago. the site goes down, for about 2 hrs. And I decided to move to a new host server.

2nd... hostsever moves the site, files and everything by about 4pm.
