Why would they hate on Justin in the first place?

Because maybe they're a bunch of pre-teens that don't know any better? I've seen some of the comments and they seem pretty ignorant. (For example, "Um, isn't he a musician? He should just stick to DIAB.") They most likely haven't seen what Justin has done besides his SNL skits.

Ok, they win, Rob and Zac are more famous.
I know very little about either of those guys so I have no idea how popular they really are. I still don't understand why they think being in a movie with Justin is a bad thing. But I don't understand a lot...

I love how a lot of the people in the Twilight fandom is hating on Justin for this as if this was for real.

Why would they hate on Justin in the first place? Whether they like it or not, Justin is more famous and would bring extra viewers and attention to a movie like this. Isn't that a good thing?

This sounds like crap. Especially since it's Star. All of Justins roles so far have been pretty small so I doubt "his people" would have said anything. I'm glad though that Justin told Katie Couric he is still looking for acting roles. I think he should do it all. Gives him more options as he ages.

This movie sounds like it would be pretty good no matter who is in it.

Alot of the Twilight fandom is completely believing this article. I find it humorous how defensive they are getting.
