Your tax dollars are already going to third-world countries (don't act like this is anything new), it's just that now women health services get a slice of that pie. He's just now having to reverse a bunch of Bush's inane policies on health. The next one he needs to do is reverse that damn law that justifies a medical practitioner to refuse services based on "moral" grounds.
