			<description><![CDATA[ I think the GED requirements will mention requirements for foreign students like having that VWO degree.  I was just confused bout how everyone here said it
was stupid if people didn&#39;t go to college when over here, sometimes you aren&#39;t allowed depending on your highschool level. Have a clearer view now.

			<description><![CDATA[ The only thing you must have is a high school diploma (or GED as Muppet said). Now, whether or not you&#39;ll be accepted into a given college, based on
grades, SAT score, high school from which you came, what characteristics the college is looking for in students etc. etc. etc., is another story. But yes, any
HS graduate is eligible to <span style="font-style: italic;">apply</span>.
