Well theres only gonna be 5 of us and it&#39;s my first time cooking Thanksgiving dinner so I don&#39;t want to overwhelm myself with too many dishes.

That&#39;s so boring.

My first choice is #3. I&#39;m not a huge gratin fan (though the gruyere part sounds fantastic) and I&#39;m not so sure about the the celery root (but 2 thumbs
up for marscapone cheese). However #2 is my second choice.

			<description><![CDATA[ I do an awesome broccoli casserole every year, and it&#39;s super simple. It&#39;s just frozen broccoli florets that have been heated until they&#39;re hot,
velveeta cheese melted into them, and covered with Ritz cracker crumbs mixed with butter and ground black and red pepper, and baked until it&#39;s nice and
brown on top. It&#39;s seriously my family&#39;s favorite side dish.

I also do a cold bean salad as a side dish, and it usually gets snapped up. Two cans of drained shelly... ]]></description>
