Well theres only gonna be 5 of us and it's my first time cooking Thanksgiving dinner so I don't want to overwhelm myself with too many dishes.

My first choice is #3. I'm not a huge gratin fan (though the gruyere part sounds fantastic) and I'm not so sure about the the celery root (but 2 thumbs up for marscapone cheese). However #2 is my second choice.
