Why would you celebrate someone's birth by erecting a lighted facsimile of his execution device?

Easter makes sense because of the story behind it. But Christmas?!

But yeah, I can see how people could mistake that for a KKK/White Nationalist cross. And it is tacky.

The Christians that live next door to me always have a lighted nativity scene. It looks nice and is appropriate for the holiday.
