My friend worked at a boutique in Bel Air. Once Paula came in, and my friend greeted her. Paula didn't say hi back, just said "I don't want anybody in here talking to me" and then walked over to the mirror to check herself out.

I worked with her on this Athletes and Entertainers event awhile back at Universal Studios. It was an event for underprivileged and/or sick kids where celebrities came and had groups of kids and they would do fun activities. Shaq was the headliner. This was back at least 9-10 years ago so she was just known as Paula Abdul the hasbeen singer. Waaaaay before American Idol. I have met her many times and even worked with her on an event and she is the biggest *+#+# ever so I believe this story 100%. Don't be fooled by her "niceness" on the show. It's fake.
