Dont forget....half of Sagaponack (lots of working farms) is in East Hampton Town. There is that organic type farm across from the high school on Long Lane, right outside of the village too.
Although I agree with the above poster that they are most likely staying at an estate that has been dubbed a "farm."

It's not a farm, it's just a multi-acre estate in East Hampton that the builder named "Stone Meadow Farm." Pink and Pearls, the just completed property (recently featured in the NYT Real Estate section) is on the market for a cool 20Mil ... if you got some extra cash laying around!...
