Why should he sign? He has all the advantages. Right now, he can bolt whenever he wants.
Of course, it might be the pre-nup itself that is upsetting him. As it stands now, if they marry and then break up, all Casey would get would be a trailer in Bogalusa, a credit card from Wal-Mart and a case of Snapper tools.
